It is with deep sadness that the Three Rivers Outboard Racing Association announces the passing of Kay Harrison of Birmingham, Ohio — a distinguished boat racer, engine innovator, and true legend in the sport of outboard racing. Kay Harrison’s accomplishments on the race course secured his place in racing history.
