Three Rivers Outboard Racing Association has released the 2020 Driver School schedule, and will be holding schools at events in Franklin, PA and Kittanning, PA this year. Students will receive detailed land instruction from veteran drivers about how to race a hydroplane or runabout, and get testing time on the water. Weather and time-permitting, students may also get additional water time in a 'race-the-instructor' event at the end of the school day. More information is avai
